Privacy Policy

This policy describes the Slow Cars Die mobile app, also registered under the name AI Car Racing, provided by Eric Niemeyer / Niemo Games.

Data in the app

The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. It has no user accounts, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking, or in-app purchases. Neural-network training and simulation run locally on your device.

Local storage

Learned champions and related simulation state are stored locally so the app can restore your progress. This data is not sent to us. RESET clears saved champions and restores defaults. You can remove all app data by deleting the app or clearing its storage in your device settings. Device backup services may include app data according to your operating-system settings.

Support

If you email niemogames@gmail.com, we receive the email address and information you choose to send. We use it to respond and troubleshoot your request. Do not send sensitive information. Contact us at the same address to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any applicable retention obligations.

Platform services

Apple and Google process store downloads, purchases of other services, device diagnostics, and testing feedback under their own policies. TestFlight or Google Play may provide crash reports or feedback according to your platform settings; the app does not operate a separate telemetry service.

Children

The app does not collect personal information from children or other users.
